La Iglesia Luterana Salvadoreña - The Salvadoran Lutheran Church is a church filled with the faithful voices of children and the faithful wisdom of older folks. It is a church with a clear mission -- to be a prophetic church, a public church, a church that stands up for the weak and speaks out for the voiceless, a church which places itself among the marginalized, a church which proclaims good news to the poor. Earlier this fall, the Salvadoran Lutheran Church posted videos on YouTube of the August 6th Pilgrimage through San Salvador, in which leaders and members of the Salvadoran Lutheran Church march with the theme "For a New El Salvador: Take Up the Cross and Follow"; and of the Ordination of Five New Pastors which took place at Resurrection Lutheran Church in San Salvador.
