Growing with God

Agricultural Training

The Salvadoran Lutheran Church encourages its congregations and communities to act locally and globally to care well for God's creation. The sustainability ministries of the Salvadoran Lutheran Church include the development of an organic farm and agricultural training center at Fe y Esperanza near Nejapa. The Lutheran University offers an organic agronomy degree - the only such program in the country. Learn more about sustainable agriculture ministries on the Development Projects Page on this site and the Salvadoran Lutheran Church web site.
